Dehradun Guchu Pani | Tapkeshwar Mahadev Dehradun | Jim Corebett Museum

Our journey began as we arrived in Dehradun, greeted by the refreshing sight of flowing water. Slippery paths awaited us, but fear not – you can rent slippers for just Rs. 10! With our rented slippers in tow, we ventured forth to explore the mesmerizing open cafes and indulge in some delicious snacks.

Visiting Tapkeshwar Mahadev:

After a delightful stroll, we made our way to the sacred Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple. The temple’s serene surroundings and divine ambiance left us in awe as we admired the beautiful idols of Lord Shiva and Lord Hanuman. We even had the pleasure of encountering some friendly monkeys who graciously accepted offerings of prasad.

Off to Jim Corbett:

Next on our itinerary was the thrilling journey to Jim Corbett. As night fell, we arrived at our destination – the luxurious Amar Resort. After settling into our rooms, we wasted no time in exploring the resort’s amenities, including a stunning swimming pool where we captured some unforgettable moments.

Exploring Jim Corbett Museum:

The following morning, we embarked on a visit to the Jim Corbett Museum. While the ticket price was Rs. 100 per person, the museum itself left much to be desired, with minimal exhibits and information available. However, we did encounter some adorable animals, enjoyed refreshing drinks, and savored the picturesque waterfall nearby.
